Full Job Description 

The Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding property assets and ensuring the casino environment is safe and secure for patrons and employees of the casino. Duties include completing reports, inspects buildings and equipment while securing all access points. Prevents losses and damages by reporting irregularities while maintaining the stability and integrity of our Security department. Communicates with internal departments as needed and promotes good employee relations by conducting themselves in a professional manner. Provides superior guest services to guests of our casino. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $16.50/hr., 

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience & Requirements:
 
  • Able to learn and follow detailed security manual and procedures
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Basic report-writing skills required

Physical Requirements:
 
  • Must be in excellent physical condition
  • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
  • Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours

Additional Requirements:
 
  • Upon offer must obtain WSGC Gaming License 
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts 
  •
